ALOK (they/them) to ciesząca się międzynarodowym uznaniem osoba poetycka, komediowa, występująca publicznie oraz aktorska. Twórczość literacka ALOK, w tym książki „Beyond the Gender Binary”, „Femme in Public” oraz „Your Wound, My Garden”, zdobyła globalne uznanie. Ich dynamiczna obecność na scenie zachwyciła publiczność w ponad 40 krajach, a bilety na ich występy podczas Edinburgh Fringe Festival oraz Netflix is a Joke Festival zostały całkowicie wyprzedane. Producentem wykonawczym pierwszego programu komediowego ALOK, zatytułowanego „BIOLOGY!” [alokvmenon.com], był Christopher Guest. ALOK to również główna postać krótkometrażowego filmu dokumentalnego „ALOK” w reżyserii Alex Hedison (producentką wykonawczą była Jodie Foster), który zadebiutował na festiwalu Sundance w 2024 roku. Na ekranie można ich również zobaczyć w takich produkcjach jak „Complicated Order”, „The Trans List” oraz w nadchodzącym „Absolute Dominion”. ALOK’s literary works “Beyond the Gender Binary,” “Femme in Public,” and “Your Wound, My Garden,” have garnered global recognition. Their dynamic presence has captivated audiences in over 40 countries, with sold-out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the Netflix is a Joke Festival. ALOK’s first comedy special BIOLOGY! [alokvmenon.com] was executive produced by Christopher Guest. They are the subject of the docu-short “ALOK” executive produced by Jodie Foster and directed by Alex Hedison, which made its debut at the Sundance Film Festival in 2024. On screen, they can also be seen in Complicated Order, The Trans List, and Absolute Dominion (forthcoming).
